Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms cover the use of GetMenyu by businesses and their staff, and by customers who use a business’s menu, ordering or messaging through GetMenyu. By using GetMenyu you agree to them. Questions: chkhoury00@gmail.com.
The service
GetMenyu provides digital menus, a point of sale, ordering, inventory and related tools, and optional add-ons such as connecting a business’s own WhatsApp number. Features depend on the plan and add-ons a business holds, and may change over time.
Business accounts
- The business is responsible for its account, its staff’s access, and the accuracy of its menus, prices and taxes.
- The business is responsible for the information it collects about its customers and for having a lawful basis to contact them.
- Fees for plans and add-ons are as agreed with the business. An account whose subscription lapses may be limited as described in its plan.
A business that connects its WhatsApp Business number authorises GetMenyu to send and receive WhatsApp messages for it through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. The business must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce and Business Policies, pays Meta directly for its WhatsApp messages, and may disconnect at any time. GetMenyu is not responsible for Meta’s service or its decisions about an account, number or message template.
Acceptable use
Do not use GetMenyu to send spam or unlawful content, to access another business’s data, to disrupt the service, or to resell it without our agreement.
Trials
A free trial is for a business to try GetMenyu for its own operation. There is one trial per business. We may shorten, end or decline a trial, or ask a business to confirm who it is before or during one.
Protecting the service
Unless we agree in writing, do not, and do not help anyone else to:
- use GetMenyu, or an account or trial on it, to research, design, build or benchmark a product or service that competes with GetMenyu;
- copy, record or reproduce GetMenyu’s screens, workflows, features, texts, templates or documentation for use outside your own business;
- scrape, crawl or extract GetMenyu’s data or content by automated means, or access the service other than through the apps and interfaces we provide;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of GetMenyu, including its point of sale app, or work around its limits, plans or security.
GetMenyu, its software, design and content belong to GetMenyu. Using the service gives a business the right to use it for its own operation, not ownership of it. A business’s own menus and data remain its own. We may immediately suspend or close an account that breaks this section, and may pursue the other remedies the law allows.
Availability and liability
We work to keep GetMenyu available and data safe, including offline selling at the till, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GetMenyu is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Ending use
A business can stop using GetMenyu at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data deletion.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the last change above.
