Does the restaurant POS work offline?
Yes. GetMenyu is offline-first — orders, payments, and receipts keep working with no internet, then sync and reconcile automatically when the connection returns. No sales are lost.
Can it print to my kitchen and receipt printers?
Yes. GetMenyu prints ESC/POS kitchen tickets and customer receipts through a local print agent, with a browser-print fallback. Common thermal receipt printers are supported.
Does it handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery?
Yes. Each order can be dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, with tables and floor-plan management for dine-in and a delivery charge and driver flow for delivery orders.
Is the menu available in Arabic?
Yes. The whole platform and your customer-facing menu are bilingual — English and Arabic — with per-item Arabic translations and full right-to-left support.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. GetMenyu is multi-branch and multi-currency. Every location shares one catalog and reports back to a single dashboard, with per-branch prices and overrides. The subscription covers one location, so each extra branch you open adds its own.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No. Buying hardware from GetMenyu is never mandatory. The POS runs in the browser on the computer, till, or tablet you already have, and it works with the ESC/POS thermal printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers already in your restaurant. If you would rather not source equipment yourself we can supply and set it up, but that is your choice, not a condition.
