Data Deletion

You can ask GetMenyu to delete your data at any time. How depends on who you are.

A business that connected WhatsApp or Facebook

• In the GetMenyu dashboard, open Settings → WhatsApp and press Disconnect. We delete the WhatsApp access token straight away and stop sending or receiving messages for your number.
• Or remove GetMenyu from your Meta Business settings (Business settings → Integrations / Partners). We are notified and disconnect the same way.
• To delete your stored WhatsApp conversations, or your whole GetMenyu account and its data, email chkhoury00@gmail.com from the address on the account. We confirm within 30 days.

A customer of a business

If you ordered, reserved or messaged a business that uses GetMenyu, you can ask that business to delete what it holds about you, or email chkhoury00@gmail.com with the business’s name and your phone number. We remove your name, phone number and addresses, and the text of your messages. Sales records keep the amounts the business needs for its accounting, without your details.
